Legal Advice

Editorial methodology

How LegalAdvice creates and checks content

Prepared using automated research and drafting tools and checked through LegalAdvice editorial and source-validation controls. This page is general information, not personalised legal advice.

Our approach

We publish general information about NSW personal injury topics to help injured people understand processes, preserve evidence, and decide when to seek advice. We do not publish pages solely to target keywords or suburb permutations.

Candidate topics are assessed for a distinct reader outcome before drafting. Material legal statements are checked against authoritative sources such as NSW legislation and regulator guidance. Deterministic legal and editorial rules can block publication; automated evaluation supports—but does not override—those hard stops.

We do not claim that a lawyer personally reviewed every article unless a recorded individual review occurred for that page. Internal engineering architecture details are available to authorised staff only.

What we measure

Success is measured by useful, accurate information and genuine qualified enquiries—not by how many articles we publish.
